Following the massive success of Pushpa 2—which has now become the second-highest grossing Indian film of all time after Dangal—the market for his upcoming movies is witnessing phenomenal growth. However, despite his career high, Allu Arjun is facing emotional and mental strain. The recent stampede incident at Sandhya Theater, followed by his controversial arrest by the Revanth Reddy-led government and subsequent release on bail, left him deeply disturbed.

Sources close to the actor reveal that he sees Dubai as the ideal retreat—a place to unwind without external stress. He is reportedly planning to purchase a home in Dubai and shift his family there in the coming years.

While Hyderabad will remain his professional base, especially for movie shoots, Dubai could soon become his primary residence. The Gulf city’s luxurious lifestyle and secure environment are major draws for the actor.

Following in Mahesh Babu’s footsteps

Allu Arjun wouldn’t be the first Telugu celebrity to invest in Dubai real estate. Superstar Mahesh Babu recently acquired a villa there, although he treats it purely as an investment and has no plans to relocate. Megastar Chiranjeevi also purchased a villa for his daughter Sreeja, who is expected to move there with her children.

Shah Rukh Khan and Ambani’s homes

Bollywood’s Shah Rukh Khan has long been associated with Dubai, owning a lavish villa on the iconic Palm Jumeirah, valued at over Rs 100 crore. His elite neighbors include global icons like David Beckham. Likewise, India’s richest man, Mukesh Ambani, bought two multimillion-dollar villas on the Palm in 2022.
