Suhas, the comedian-turned-hero, is in desperate need of a hit. After making a strong impact with Color Photo and Writer Padmabhushan, he quickly rose to prominence as a lead actor in Telugu cinema. However, in an attempt to capitalize on his initial success, he signed multiple projects—only to face a string of flops, including Ambajipeta Marriage Band, Janaka Aithe Ganaka, Prasanna Vadanam, and Gorre Puranam. As a result, his popularity has taken a hit.

Now, he’s pinning his hopes on Oh Bhama Ayyo Rama to revive his career.

A Promising Teaser

The teaser for Oh Bhama Ayyo Rama, released today, has already generated buzz for its refreshing take on romantic comedy. Directed by debutant Ram Godhala and produced by Harish Nalla under the V Arts banner, the film pairs Suhas with Malavika Manoj, who makes her Telugu cinema debut.

The teaser sets the tone for a lighthearted love story, highlighting a playful “battle of the sexes” dynamic. Suhas plays a subtly submissive character, while Malavika takes on a confident and assertive role.

One standout moment features the duo in a vintage car, humorously debating gender roles—Malavika asserts that women have always led the way, even for Lord Rama, while Suhas nods along, only to end up pushing the car when it breaks down.

With its quirky humor, charming chemistry, and a fresh premise, Oh Bhama Ayyo Rama has the potential to bring Suhas back into the spotlight. But will it be the comeback he desperately needs? Only time will tell.
