Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has initiated several significant initiatives in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, aiming to position the region as a leading hub for technology, healthcare, and renewable energy.

The cornerstone of these developments is Microsoft’s new research and development campus, expected to be one of the largest outside the United States, with an investment of ₹2,000 crores and predicted to provide over 6,000 job possibilities.

This campus, along with initiatives like the Avaada Giga Factory for solar energy, Sharda Health City, Sify Hyper-scale Data Center, and MAQ Software Campus, collectively valued at over ₹8,000 crores, underscores Uttar Pradesh’s ambition to excel in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and electronic manufacturing.

These projects provide a holistic plan to enhance economic growth, innovation, and employment within the state.

Hyderabad is losing projects

Microsoft has the main India center in Hyderabad. CEO Satya Nadella earlier announced plans to expand the center in a big way in the city, but due to recent political developments, the city is losing its focus on IT-related growth.
