There will be a brief reprieve from elevated temperatures for all people of Telangana. The state anticipates a decline in temperatures.

Weather forecaster Balaji, who frequently disseminates his predictions on X.com, indicates that the state will experience a decline in temperatures due to abrupt cold winds originating from North India.

“Starting tonight, a significant drop in temperatures is expected across North Telangana districts, including Adilabad, Asifabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Peddapalli, Nizamabad, Jagital, Bhupalpally, and Karimnagar. Nights and mornings will be noticeably cooler, while daytime temperatures will remain warm, providing a much-needed relief from the heat,” T Balaji posted on X.

Conversely, Telangana Weatherman, an alternative meteorological source, cautioned individuals to prepare for a heat wave this summer. He asserted that the state will see elevated temperatures beyond the typical summer days this season, with the heat wave persisting until June.

Water crisis

The state is already witnessing depleting groundwater levels, forcing people to depend on water tankers. Although the government announced in a statement that the reservoirs in the state have enough storage of water, Hyderabad city is already facing a water crisis.
